What we collect, and why
When you request a quote or place an order
We collect your name, work email, and optionally your company name and phone number, together with the project brief you complete. That brief is the substance of the work, so it often includes URLs, target keywords, competitor names, audience descriptions and similar business detail. We use it to price the work, to deliver it, and to keep records of what was agreed.
The lawful basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one. Where you have given us access to a third party account, such as Search Console, an ad account or a repository, we use that access only for the engagement and ask you to revoke it when the work is finished.
When you pay
Card details are collected and processed by Paystack and never reach our systems. We receive a transaction reference, the amount, and enough information to reconcile the payment and meet our tax obligations.
When you visit the site
Our web host and content delivery network record standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, which are used for security and to keep the site working. The site stores a small amount of information in your own browser to remember interface preferences. That stays on your device and is not sent to us. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Our own specialists, who see only the briefs for work they are assigned to.
- Service providers that run our infrastructure, payments, email and storage.
- Delivery partners where the work requires it, such as a publisher receiving an article, or a research panel provider recruiting participants. We share only what the task needs.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.
Where your data goes
We operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Where that happens we rely on an approved transfer mechanism such as standard contractual clauses. [hosting and processing regions]
How long we keep it
Project briefs and deliverables are kept for the duration of the engagement and for [retention period] afterwards, so we can honour warranties and answer questions about past work. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires, which is typically six to seven years. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after [retention period].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege rules so that people only see the work assigned to them. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Where a research or testing engagement would involve participants under 16, we require documented consent arrangements before it proceeds.
Changes
